A personal trainer is a coach, role model and educator who will customize a program to fit your needs and schedule. Most importantly our trainers will motivate you! They will assess your current level of fitness, consider your goals and devise an individually tailored regime to help you achieve those goals quickly and safely. Start your training off on the right track!
Consult a personal trainer to develop knowledge of proper techniques and skills to get the results you want! We offer a number of personal training and group training packages that will be sure to meet your needs.
THE FORM CHECK
$65 + HST
1 introduction session + 1 program overview session
Spend two sessions with a trainer assessing your current routine and goals. Check your form and leave with a personalized program to ensure that you are continuing on the right path to where you want to be. This isn’t always easy, we can help!
THE JUMP START
$165 + HST
1 fitness assessment + 5 training sessions
The Jump Start Program is for any fitness level and is the perfect place to start your personal training experience. This program will include an initial fitness assessment along with all of your training programming and the guidance and attention from a skilled personal trainer for 5 sessions. You will be introduced to all movements, skills and requirements so that you can tackle any workout. We want to help you feel comfortable in any gym and this program is the perfect place to start.
THE REAL DEAL
$275 + HST
1 fitness assessment + 10 training sessions
Ever wonder if what you’re doing is enough? Spend 10 sessions with a trainer to learn new movements and get yourself started on the right path. Whether you are a relatively new or advanced gym user, a skilled trainer will show you what it means to work hard. You will leave with a new outlook on how to train and a detailed training program to keep you going.
$150 + HST
1 fitness assessment + 3 training sessions
Double up your training with a friend! This program will include an initial partner fitness assessment along with the guidance and attention from a skilled personal trainer for 3 sessions. Based on your mutual fitness goals your personal trainer will write you a partner training program that will push both you and your partner to get the best workout you can. All you need to do is find a good workout partner and we will take care of the rest. Best part of it all, you can split the cost but still get the same killer workout!
THE ONLINE SPECIAL
$120 + HST
1 fitness assessment + 1 program overview session + 8-week program with weekly online check-ins
Feel pretty comfortable in the gym already but just want some guidance on what to do while you’re here? The Online Special is all you need! Meet with your trainer for an initial assessment so they can put together an 8-week fitness program for you to follow on your own then check in with then ONLINE on a weekly-basis!

When you decide to embark on your personal training journey we will provide you with a hard copy of this assessment. You will be required to fill it out prior to your initial assessment with our Personal Trainer.
All Personal Training participants are required to read and sign a Participation Waiver in order to participate in any recreational programming at Laurier Brantford.
