Laurier Athletics Facility Booking Request Form

All bookings requests must be made at least SEVEN days prior to your event.
Requests made afterwards will NOT be processed.
Please Check Booking Requests With our Online Facility Usage Schedule Before Submitting a Request.

Laurier students, faculty and staff are exempt from rental charges for space in Laurier Athletics and Recreation facilities if the activity is solely for members of the Laurier community. If any of the participants are coming from the external community, the Laurier rental group will be charged the rental fee or, alternatively, each external community participant will be charged a day pass rate of $10.00 upon entry in the facility. Please advise when booking on the composition of the group and how you wish to be charged if external community members are participating in your event.

A facility staff member will contact you by email to confirm the booking request. Please fill out all information accurately and in full.

Booking Terms:
  1. All bookings requests must be made at least SEVEN days prior to the event.
  2. Out of season requests will be processed as per the following deadlines: Activity May to August - Feb. 15, Activity September to April - Aug. 16
  3. WLU Athletics & Recreation reserves the right to cancel bookings with due notice.
  4. All rentals are subject to HST & Capital Improvement Fee.
  5. Rentals do not include any parking privileges.
  6. Fees are for facility use only. Any sponsorship/advertising or other revenue generating activites must be approved prior to the event/booking and may be subject to other terms.
  7. Bookings outside regular facility hours will require facility staffing the appropriate hourly rate.
  8. Rentals will be invoiced after the event. Failure to pay on time could result in future bookings being cancelled.
  9. To cancel, written notice is required at least SEVEN days in advance of the booking to avoid charges. Failure to cancel within seven days will result in a charge of 10% of the booking cost plus the cost of staff.
