The Leaders-In-Training program offers individuals aged 13-16 years a unique experience, as they will develop their leadership and teamwork skills through fun, interactive activities. LIT’s will also get the opportunity to shadow counselors and lead activities for the younger campers.
The LIT program is meant to introduce the fundamentals of leadership in the hopes that they may apply these skills to their everyday life and future aspirations.
