For the students who are interested in being a part of the Laurier Golden Hawks Cross Country Team (WLU XC) this Fall.
We ask you to remember the following when scheduling your classes for the Fall Semester.
We have 3 workouts a week.
Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
Thursday at 5:30 p.m.
Sunday at 10:00 a.m.
We also meet twice a week for recovery runs.
Monday at 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday at 6:00 p.m.
Laurier students are welcome to train with PETER GRINBERGS Tri-City Club during the summer to help prepare for the up coming season.
