Hoping to stay undefeated
Laurier Women's Fastpitch Club extended their undefeated season on the weekend to 12-0. Despite being rained out on Friday vs Waterloo and getting in just one inning vs York, the Lady Hawks showed no signs of diamond dust when they defeated the Queen's Gaels 7-3 and 9-1. The Laurier Women's Club Fastpitch team completed a perfect weekend in the Nation's capital going 4-0 and improves their season record to 10-0 for the season, sitting atop the Ontario UniversityLeague. This Sunday, the Fastpitch squad will host "Laurier Student Day" against the Queens Gaels. Game times are 12 and 2 p.m. at Hillside Park on Marsland
