Team Captains will receive an email confirmation once their team has been added to the League. AFTER your have recieved the confirmation email, you will then need to login to setup your roster. You will not see the roster editor before the team is approved.
The confirmation email will appear as below:

Your team has been Imported into the Intramurals System
You can update/edit your roster after you login to https://www.laurierathletics.com/ecommerce/user/

All Laurier students who participate in the Intramural program are bound by the University’s Code of Conduct (see the Undergraduate calendar) and the Athletic Facilities Fair Play Code.
Specific to the Intramural program, participants are expected to treat teammates, opponents and officials with respect and dignity as specified in the FAIR PLAY guidelines and the Intramural philosophy of fun for all.
There is zero tolerance for any form of harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour.
The Fair Play Code is posted in the AC gym, pool and the Stadium gym facilities. Sanctions will be applied for non-compliance with the Code. By virtue of participating in any form in an WLU Intramural activity, all participants are bound by and agree to abide by the Student Code of Conduct and Fair Play policy.
