We will gladly honour facility membership refund requests for medical reasons (documentation is needed), academic sabbaticals, or temporary employment leaves.

Facility membership refund amount(s) will be based on the time of the granted refund request in regards to the membership in use (i.e. annual membership, term membership, monthly membership).
