Policy for Posting within the Athletic Complex and University Stadium All posters from external groups to the department will be posted on the Laurier Community Bulletin Board. Posters are limited to 1 (one). Only posters promoting events relevant to the Laurier community will be posted. All posters must be approved and date stamped by the Department of Athletics and Recreation at the main office between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. Posters may appear on designated bulletin boards only. Posters attached to walls, drywall, painted brick, pillars, glass, including windows will be removed. Thumb tacks to be used for posting - no staples *Exceptions: For Wifrid Laurier University Student's Union, WLUSU elections and referenda, specific rules apply. Please see Elections Policy. |
