Game Day Information for FootballParking Information: Reserved parking is available in the University Stadium parking lot (Lot 9) by purchasing a pass through the Golden Hawk website in advance of the season. There is no charge for campus parking on weekends, but please note that free weekend parking is not permitted in Lots 7 (in orange spaces), 12, 15, 18, 19A, 21, 30, 31, 35, 36 and 38 as well as any 'Reserved' parking sports at any time (please refer to the campus map by clicking here) Please note that no overnight weekend parking is permitted. There is parking available on many of the city streets such as Bricker Ave. Please be advised that this is monitored by the City of Waterloo and there is a three-hour maximum. Please follow all posted signs. Tickets: All Golden Hawk football events are ticketed events. Regular season admission fees are available by clicking here. There are four box office windows available as of one hour (two for Homecoming) prior to kickoff. All four windows accept credit cards and cash while two accept Debit and the Laurier OneCard. Tickets are also available for purchase online at http://tickets.laurierathletics.com. If you lose your ticket to the game, you can log on to your account through http://tickets.laurierathletics.com and reprint your ticket if you chose e-ticket as an option or visit the box office on game day. Gate Entry: There are two (three on Homecoming) main entrances at Golden Hawk Football games for the general public (East end closest to Albert Street, Main Gate just beside the box office and the West Gate near the scoreboard. A valid ticket must be scanned for each admission and can be brought to either of the gates. Please make sure if you choose to leave the facility that your ticket is scanned out or you will be denied re-entry. No re-entry is permitted after the start of the fourth quarter. Media, Scouts, Administration and VIPs may enter through the University Stadium building entrance (just to the east of the box office windows). Safety: There are emergency poles located in numerous areas throughout the Wilfrid Laurier Campus. The telephones installed on these poles provide direct contact with the Special Constable Service office. Special Constables can always be contacted by dialing 519-885-3333. On game day, University Stadium offers Guest Assist, a text-messaging system to assist customers with information and reporting incidents. Simply text HAWKS to 78247 and then your message and a stadium staff member will be alerted and dispatch the appropriate people. This service can be used for general inquiries as well as requests for assistance (medical, security, etc.). Prohibited Items: For the safety and security of our fans, the following items are not permitted inside University Stadium: University Stadium and Wilfrid Laurier University is a smoke-free campus. No smoking is allowed within the facility. Fans must have their ticket scanned at the gate to exit to smoke and be allowed re-entry. Fans found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the facility or dispose of it. Fans that refuse to comply may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Management reserves the right to handle each occurrence on a case-by-case basis. All bags, jackets and guests are subject to search upon entering the facility. General Hints & Tips:
