Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is the skillful art of hand and foot combat. This course will teach you the mental discipline of self-defense. It is a great workout benefiting your cardio system, while targeting and strengthening your muscles. In this class you will be given the opportunity to learn and apply many of these techniques while experiencing a workout that is truly unique! Classes run Mondays and Wednesdays from 8pm - 10pm.
