Fitness Assessment - This is a one hour appointment with a trainer that will give you all full fitness assessment. This is a
perfect option for the individual that is looking for an in-depth
assessment, or is just simply curious about their current level of
fitness. This package consists of a Fitness Assessment tailored to each
individual based on what their health interests are; including
bio-electrical impedance body fat measuring, aerobic and anaerobic
endurance testing, muscular strength and flexibility testing. Get the
information you need to step-up your fitness goals with the Assessor!
Fees: $40 + HST
Personal Training Package 2 - The Jumpstart
This
is the best option for the experienced or inexperienced fitness
enthusiast looking to breath new life into their current program. This
package combines the assessment session and a secondary session in which
the personal trainer will introduce and explain a new workout program! The assessment session will provide
information about strengths, weaknesses, and new goals moving forward.
The program session will introduce a new, tailored program based on your
goals and current fitness levels. This combination serves to benefit
everyone, from the most experienced exerciser to the beginner.
Fee: $60 +HST
Personal Training - Package 3 - 'The Basic' - 5 one-on-one session
*Includes ONE FREE Fitness Assessment
The Basic - Five one-hour sessions with the personal trainer
A good way to introduce yourself to the gym! You will discuss with your assigned trainer what you would like to include in your program, any past injuries to be aware of, your workout experience, your fitness goals and more. You will work with your trainer to create a program that is perfect for you. Once the program has been created you will run through all the exercises with the trainer to make sure everything is understood and that all your questions are answered.
Fees: $170 + HST
Personal Training - Package 4 - "The Real Deal" - Ten one-hour sessions with the personal trainer, plus TWO free fitness assessment
The
perfect package of training sessions to get you going! The "Real Deal" package will include you working with your trainer to custom build and
monitor the ideal program to work for you. You will get a thorough
introduction the gym facilities and start the program with 9 following
sessions with your trainer. You will learn how to use all the equipment
you'll need, you will have a fun and beneficial program that will help
you to achieve your fitness goals. If you have specific questions or
concerns, the trainer will work closely with you to address them. You
will be motivated to come to the gym... you count on your trainer, but
they also count on you!
Fees: $311 + HST
Personal Training - Package 5 - "The Transformation Package" - 20 one-on-one sessions. Includes THREE free fitness assessments.
The transformation package is designed for you to meet with your trainer
twice per week for the semester! This will include you working with
your trainer to custom build and
monitor the ideal program to work for you. You will get a thorough
introduction of the gym facilities and regular assessments of your
goals. Commitment is required for this package as you are your trainer
will work towards changing your lifestyle. You don't have to do it
alone! If you have specific questions or
concerns, the trainer will work closely with you to address them. You
will be motivated to come to the gym... you count on your trainer, but
they also count on you!

Group Training 1.0
This introductory group training program is designed to teach you basic fitness principles while providing a challenging training program in a motivating group setting. Training 1.0 will focus on full body workouts that aim to improve your strength, mobility, and flexibility. Sessions will include a combination of indoor and outdoor workouts, and no previous fitness experience is required.
The program is designed to run twice per week for a price of $120.00 for 8 weeks. An optional 3rd class on weekends will be available to participants free of charge.
Group Training 2.0
This dynamic group training program is designed for individuals who are already active and looking to change their routine or increase the difficulty of their workouts. Training 2.0 will aim to teach more advanced fitness techniques and challenge your strength and endurance. Based on the demands of this program, participants will be required to meet the following minimum fitness standards:
-Able to hold plank for 45 seconds
-Able to run 1 mile in 13 minutes or less
-Can demonstrate squat, lunge, and dead lift movements
The program is designed to run twice per week for a price of 120$ for 8 weeks. An optional 3rd class on weekends will be available to participants free of charge
Group Training 2XL
This high intensity group training program is designed to challenge athletes and advanced gym users. Training 2XL will push you to your limits and focus on improving strength, agility, speed, and power. Based on the high intensity of this program, all participants will be required to meet the following minimum fitness standards:
-Able to hold plank for at least 1 minute.
-Able to run 1 mile in less than 10 minutes.
- Can demonstrate proper form for squat, lunge, and dead lift
The program is designed to run twice per week for a price of 120$ for 8 weeks. An optional 3rd class on weekends will be available to participants free of charge.
